Mike Gough is a highly experienced construction professional with over 15 years of experience in the industry. Mike has worked in various roles throughout the construction industry starting his career in construction as a general labourer on job sites and working his way up through the ranks to a site superintendent working on projects of up to $10+ Million.
Throughout his career, Mike has gained extensive knowledge of construction practices, working on various projects such as commercial buildings, correctional facilities, hospitals and residential developments. He has a keen eye for identifying potential issues on construction sites and is skilled in managing the workflow, scheduling tasks, and keeping projects on track to meet deadlines. As a Field Supervisor, Mike is responsible for overseeing all aspects of K Knight’s construction projects, from planning and estimation to project execution through to completion. He is highly skilled in managing teams of trades, ensuring they follow all safety procedures and guidelines at all times.
Mike's excellent communication, attention to detail and leadership skills have earned him the respect of colleagues and clients alike. He is always willing to go the extra mile to ensure projects are completed on time, on budget, and to the satisfaction of all parties involved.
