As an experienced estimator with over 30 years in the construction industry, I have a wealth of knowledge and expertise that I bring to every project I work on. At K. Knight Contracting, I am dedicated to providing accurate and reliable estimates that ensure our clients receive the best value for their investment.
Over the years, I have worked in a variety of roles within the industry, including project coordinator and project manager, both on-site and in-office. My experience spans across Residential, Commercial and Industrial construction, and I have worked with both corporations and local governments. I am familiar with specialized construction methodologies such as LEED and Green Building, including ICF, Solar PV, and various other alternative methodologies.
I believe in continually developing my skills and knowledge, and as such, I have frequently returned to school for further education in building science, business practices, and other key studies for the construction industry. My commitment to ongoing learning and professional development ensures that I am always up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in the industry, and can bring this knowledge to my work with K. Knight.
